We offer a variety of unit sizes to meet your needs, from small closet-sized units to garage-sized spaces for vehicles, boats, and larger items.

No. Our facility is not climate controlled. Items sensitive to temperature or humidity should be stored accordingly.

For safety reasons, the following are strictly prohibited:
• Hazardous or flammable materials: gasoline, propane tanks, kerosene, fireworks, ammunition, explosives, or batteries.
• Illegal items: stolen goods, drugs, weapons prohibited by law.
• Perishables: food, beverages, or anything that attracts pests.
• Living things: plants, animals, or humans (no living or sleeping in units).
• Vehicles that are not in working order or lack current registration/insurance.
• Trash, compost, or strong-smelling items.

If you’re unsure about an item, please ask first. We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or prohibited items.

Yes. Insurance is required for all tenants. You may provide proof of existing coverage (homeowner’s, renter’s, or business insurance) or purchase our affordable storage insurance plan for peace of mind.

Tenants provide their own lock. We recommend a disc lock or high-security padlock. Locks are available for purchase on site.

Office Hours: For questions, billing, and assistance (see posted times).

Access Hours: Tenants may access their units during posted gate hours.

Rent is charged monthly in advance. The first month is due at move-in. We accept credit card, debit card, and automatic billing.

Late fees apply after the grace period (typically 5 days). Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to lien procedures and auction, as allowed by state law.

We require units must be inspected by management before move-out is complete.out. Units must be empty, locks removed, and swept clean. Rent and fees must be fully paid before termination is complete.

Yes, provided they are operable, properly registered, and insured. Proof of registration and insurance must be on file. Major repairs on site are not allowed.

Policies & Rules

Rental Policy

• Minimum rental period: 1 month.
• Rent is due monthly in advance.
• Tenants must be 18+ with valid government ID.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted:

• Hazardous/flammable: gasoline, propane, kerosene, chemicals, solvents, fireworks, explosives, paint, batteries.
• Illegal/stolen property, firearms or weapons prohibited by law.

• Perishable items, food, or beverages.
• Living things: no plants, animals, or people.
• Vehicles that are unregistered, uninsured, inoperable, or considered junk.
• Trash, waste, odorous materials.
• Any other items prohibited by state or federal law.

Insurance Requirement

• All tenants must maintain insurance on stored property.
• Proof of coverage must be provided at lease signing.
• Optional facility-offered storage insurance is available.
• The facility is not liable for theft, damage, pests, or natural disasters except as required by law.

Access & Security

• Tenant provides their own lock; the facility does not retain keys.
• Security features include fencing, surveillance cameras, and lighting.
• The facility is not responsible for losses due to theft, vandalism, or acts of nature.

Payments & Late Fees

• Rent due on the 1st of each month.
• Late fees apply after the grace period (usually 5 days).
• Returned payments may result in additional charges.

Termination

• Units must be inspected by management before move-out is complete.
• Units must be completely emptied, swept clean, and locks removed.
• Damage, trash removal, or unpaid balances will be billed to the tenant.

Auctions / Liens

Units more than 30 days delinquent may be placed under lien and sold at auction, in compliance with state law.

Facility Rules of Conduct

• No living or sleeping in units.
• No loitering on premises.
• No business operations or mechanical work inside units.
• Tenants must comply with posted safety rules and staff instructions.
